Today I am going to talk about the gymnastics at the Olympics. Did you know that Simone Biles was in the Olympics. She did not go to the finals though that was a big bummer. Did you watch the Olympics? I did, I watched the gymnastics until 1.00 am. Everyone had to watch the Olympics live on the TV, but not in person.

The Olympics have been interesting to learn about and watch haven't they? Would you like to compete in the modern Olympics or the ancient Olympics?
I am guessing the modern because it has gymnastics as the Ancient Olympics didn't. Am I right?
What did you think about Simone Biles reasons for pulling out? I can only imagine the pressure she must have felt.
I wonder what the Ancient Greeks would make of our modern Olympics...!
I would have liked to read more about what you have learnt in the last two weeks. You have done a thorough job of checking and editing your post though, you should feel proud!
